Rachel Proudfoot
Head Varsity coach is described as a 10-year coaching veteran of club basketball. Proudfoot was recently named the new varsity girls basketball head coach at Desert Vista High School in Phoenix. This past winter, she served as a girls basketball coach at the new Perry High School in Gilbert and has worked as a speed and agility coach and a physical therapist assistant. Proudfoot helped lead the Perry Pumas to an undefeated season in the program's inaugural season in 2007-2008. She spent the 2006-2007 season as an assistant coach at Glendale Community College for the women's basketball program. Previously, Proudfoot served as the head JV coach and Varsity assistant at Hamilton High School and has coached club basketball with the Arizona Sting and Arizona Fire, both for four years each. Her first season with the Silver Streaks was 2007, when she was the head coach for the 14U Silver Streaks and ended with a 17U team.
